The fastest way to reach us right now is by email. Every message goes directly to our team and we typically respond within 1–2 business days.
In-app support
If you're already using TrialPilot, you can get help without leaving the app:
- Patient app: open the side menu and tap Help & support to message our team, review your study's contact information, or report an issue.
- Researcher dashboard: click the ? icon in the top bar to open support, browse documentation, or start a conversation with our team.
In-app messages route to the same place as email, so you'll get the same 1–2 business day response either way.
Response times
We aim to respond to every inquiry within 1–2 business days. For urgent matters related to an active clinical trial, please contact your study coordinator directly through the protocol-specific channels established at enrollment.
Patient safety
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. TrialPilot is a clinical trial platform and cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance.
For trial-specific safety concerns or adverse event reporting, follow the procedures outlined in your study's informed consent document and contact your study coordinator.
