How it works

Participants find the study, read the consent on their phone, and confirm their shipping address. Nothing ships before consent.

The kit ships
The study team or its fulfillment partner arranges dispatch and records the shipment. Participants can review the status entered for their kit.

Collect at home
Follow the study’s approved home-collection instructions. Suitability, equipment, and supervision requirements depend on the specimen and protocol.

Send it back
Use the return instructions supplied by the study team. Receipt appears after the laboratory or team records it.

Close out cleanly
You watch every participant move through one funnel, from consent to received sample. The study has a real finish line.
