Our platform is currently in development. Features described on our website represent our planned capabilities and may change before launch.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrialPilot does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrialPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
